A beautiful patio should not sit empty.
In North Texas, patios often become too hot, too bright, too exposed or too full of mosquitoes right when you want to use them. We start with the problem, then match the opening to the right system.
Keep mosquitoes and flies outside while fresh air moves through the patio.
Reduce harsh afternoon exposure and make dining, television and entertaining more comfortable.
Create separation when you want it, then raise the screens when you want the patio completely open.
Use STAX™ clear lift walls or a louvered roof when the space needs more protection than mesh can provide.
The right product for each opening.
Not every patio needs the same solution. EX Design Group evaluates the architecture, sun, airflow, privacy, weather exposure and intended use before recommending a system.
Why EX Design Group
From side hustle to 7,000+ completed projects.
EX Design Group began by helping friends and neighbors make their patios more comfortable. More than two decades later, that side hustle has grown into a specialized North Texas outdoor-living business serving homeowners, designers, builders, restaurants and commercial properties.
Exterior screens are easy to sell and difficult to install correctly. Stone, brick, steel, wood, electrical access, wind exposure, roof lines and openings that are rarely perfectly square all matter. Several members of our installation team have worked with us for nearly 20 years, bringing experience from everyday patios to demanding luxury and commercial projects.
Our Promise
We build outdoor systems that look intentional, operate with precision, and are supported after installation. Our goal is simple: protect the view, improve comfort, and deliver a solution that belongs on the home.
