Payment Policy

We require a 50% deposit to begin custom projects, with the remaining balance due upon installation completion. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, checks, and financing options (where available).
Late Payments: Payments not made on time may incur additional fees.

 

Installation Policy

Our installation services are designed to be efficient and precise. Lead times vary depending on project complexity but typically range from 2-3 weeks after confirmation after recept of goods 
Customer Responsibilities: Please ensure site access and a clear installation area before our team arrives.

Repair and Maintenance Policy

We specialize in motorized shade repairs and custom production parts, including systems from other manufacturers (restrictions apply). To ensure longevity and peak performance, we recommend routine maintenance every three years. Maintenance includes:

  • Cleaning tracks
  • Treating fabrics
  • Removing dirt and debris

Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • No Refunds on Custom Orders: Custom-made products are non-refundable once production has started.
  • Cancellation Policy: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation to receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made after 24 hours will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

Warranty Policy

We stand by the quality of our work and products.

  • Installation Warranty: A 1-year warranty covers defects resulting from the installation process.
  • Product Warranty: Manufacturer warranties apply to motors, fabrics, and other components. Specific warranty details are provided at the time of purchase.

Exclusions

  • Damage caused by misuse, extreme weather, or lack of maintenance.
  • Normal wear and tear, unauthorized modifications, or damage caused by animals.
  • Acts of nature, including but not limited to severe storms, floods, or other natural disasters.
